Spartan Race Sydney done. Beast (21km) and Sprint (5km) completed on the same day last weekend. Lots of obstacles, lots of failed obstacles, which means lots and lots of chest to ground burpees. Each failed obstacle gets you 30 burpees...I probably did about 300.
Next up, Cooks Tour trail run/walk/plod. This Saturday, starting time is 3am. 50km—I’ve signed up for the walk start time to give me 12 hours to complete it.
